In Founder’s Hall and on Zoom Together let us think about what we would like our Lifespan Faith Development program to be and how we might staff such a program. UU Consultant Andrea Perry-Lerner will lead us in a visioning workshop and discussion regarding needs and aspirations for Faith Development staffing for the long term at UUCL. The conversation will assist in shaping the search for candidates.

Ms. Perry-Lerner retired as a Congregational Life Consultant for the Central East Region in 2019. She served as the Metro New York UUA District Executive for 9 years, spending 4 years as the Program Consultant. Before that, she served 3 congregations, ranging in size from 250 to 700 members, as Director of Religious Education and also served as a mentor to several religious educators from small congregations. She has also served on the board of the Liberal Religious Educators Association (LREDA) and on LREDA’s Professional Standards Task Force and its Integrity Team, which worked to dismantle institutional racism and oppression. Most recently, Ms. Perry-Lerner has been consulting just across the river at the UU Congregation of York, PA.
