Purpose of Committee:

To provide an opportunity for members and friends of UUCL to express themselves through the arts to the congregation and to the community at large. The Artful Living committee also supports artists and offers opportunities of fellowship and collaboration with other committees and church leaders.

Current Committee Charge:

The purpose of the Artful Living Committee is to promote the arts within UUCL and the greater community. We will encourage and support opportunities for UUCL members and friends to engage in the visual, literary, musical and dramatic arts. The committee works with the Minister, the Director of Religious Education, the Choir and other committees on projects that focus on the creative spirit.

The Artful Living Committee also works with the Facilities team to make aesthetic improvements to the interior spaces of the RE building and the Sanctuary.
