Outdoor children’s faith development

This Sunday, we meet outside for children’s faith development! If you are not already registered in the children’s faith development program, please email Lenore (Director of Lifespan Faith Development) to RSVP and get location details.

We are exploring March’s theme of Renewing Faith. While staying flexible due to weather, expect at least 2 out of 3 of the following:

– hands-on creative art-making,

– listening to a story,

– outdoor group games.

Adults: please plan to attend alongside your children. Elementary-aged children may feel especially at home with the activities, but you are more than welcome to bring infants/toddlers and help them participate too. Older children and youth are warmly welcome to come participate or serve as helpers/leaders (email RSVP appreciated).

Logistics & COVID safety reminders:

– Street parking is available around 538 W Chestnut St.

– Please bring a mask in case you need to go inside to use the bathroom. When outdoors, we ask everyone to stay 3 feet apart for longer periods of time, OR to wear a mask (you are always welcome to wear a mask even when distancing outside, but it is not required).

– Please bring your own water. We will have a few snacks available.

– Please dress for the weather in play clothes.
