Sunday Worship: (Re)Connecting with Our Sacred Spaces with Lenore, Heather, & Eli
Come. Nourish your spirit and connect to the sacred spaces inside our UUCL building in smaller gatherings this Sunday, April 03.
As we prepare to enter a new phase of our congregational life that includes the building, Sunday’s worship leaders invite you to come connect with the sacred spaces inside the Unitarian Universalist Church of Lancaster’s building and grounds.
This Sunday, in place of typical worship, we invite you to sign up for one of three time slots to enter the building for a time of meditative music and ritual. After half an hour of spiritual time in the sanctuary and other spaces on the first floor, you may wish to stay to share about your experience or for social time in our backyard Chalice Garden. We also will hold pre-recorded spiritual sharings and connections on Zoom at the usual 10AM time.
Whether you have been inside a thousand times or this will be your first, you are welcome.
Although children are welcome to join with their families, this is not a child-specific event, and we are not able to offer nursery care.
Because of COVID-19 safety practices, we will not be able to accommodate those who have not RSVP’d. Please contact us if you need assistance signing up.

Our building: We are located at 538 W Chestnut Street. There is ample street parking, and space will be blocked off directly in front of the church for drop-offs. Please contact us ASAP if you need additional parking assistance.
COVID-19 safety: As you make decisions about attending, please know that we highly encourage everyone who can be to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19; and also that not everyone in our community is yet able to be vaccinated. We are committed to keeping everyone included, including through virtual options.
Please wear a high-filtration mask (everyone over 2 years old): K-95, KF-94, or KN-95. We will have a few extras available. Additional safety measures include windows open in the sanctuary. You may wish to dress warmly.
A virtual option for Sunday morning will also be offered at 10am at this link* for those who cannot or prefer not to be present in person.
