Sunday Worship Service: Flower Ceremony
Every Sunday, join Sunday Worship Service at 10AM (9:45 gathering), currently offered in person and on Zoom. There is no early worship for children and their families this Sunday. Please join us in the flower ceremony.
Together we will celebrate all that we have planted, grown, and tended in our community. We will share the annual tradition of the Flower Communion, a uniquely UU ritual that marks the end of our formal programming year.
This will also be Rev. Israel’s last Sunday in the pulpit, and we will reflect on these past two years together, and make way for the future to unfold.
Following the service, there will also be a sharing circle in-person for anyone who would like to process and share their feelings, hopes, dreams, disappointments, and affirmations with Rev. Israel.
Bring a Flower!
You are invited to bring a flower with you to the service. Flowers and materials to craft flowers will also be provided.
There will be a moment in the service to honor milestones, transitions, and other meaningful moments of this year. We would love to know some in advance: please let Lenore know if you will be bringing a moment to honor along with your flowers.
This is currently held in person (registration not required), and on Zoom.
