October 6, 2019: “Signs of Belonging”

I had the unfortunate and unexpected surprise of a car accident just at the end of a 6000-mile driving trip across this country this summer. My pilgrimage of exploring the countryside, especially some of our national parks and monuments, ended in a different type of pilgrimage: an opening to the abundance kindness of strangers, which we may find if we keep ourself open to grace.
