Church Events Week of April 6
Dear UUCL Community, With this Tuesday edition of this “Special” All Church Email we offer primarily the schedule of staff-sponsored events for the coming week. We encourage everyone to stay connected: attend some of the events offered by staff listed here; attend online Soul Matters groups and meetings of the committee and teams in this congregation, and organize new events, which we are happy to advertise in this email. Additional announcements of other UUCL and related activities will appear in the Friday edition of this ACE. We wish our Jewish UU members and friends who are celebrating a Happy Passover, starting tomorrow. In hard times, it is good to remember ritual that sustains. Here are resources, shared by our friend in the Lancaster Interfaith Coalition Rabbi Jack Paskoff, for: Jewish readings for Passover in a time of COVID-19, digital content to enliven a virtual Seder, and a downloadable Haggadah for children; as well as “Dayenu for Passover in the Time of COVID,” shared by UUs for Jewish Awareness.
