Profile: Steve Jones – Board of Trustees

“After retiring from the Lutheran ministry in 2015 I was searching for a new spiritual home and found it the first time I visited UUCL. I signed the book in 2016 and have enjoyed serving our wonderful congregation ever since. I have led worship and preached a few times during summer services. I have served as a worship associate, been a Soul Matters participant, and am an active member of the Open Table. Earlier this year I gave a Garvin Lecture on the dangers of the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 with congregants Rev. Tom Barninger and Brad Weaver. I am a member of our Caring Team and have been a Board member since July, 2022. My wife Linda and I have a daughter and two grandchildren. We have lived in Landisville for 37 years.”
