Not Receiving our Emails?

If you aren’t receiving expected emails from UUCL, such as our our weekly LoveLetter, contact office@uuclonline.org to confirm you are subscribed. If you are on our list, a firewall or spam filter is likely the problem. Follow these steps to resolve this issue.

1. Check your spam/junk folder.
2. If you’re using Gmail, check to see if our emails are under the “Promotions” tab. If they are, add communications@uuclonline.org to your Contacts list so our emails push to your “Primary” tab.
3. If you still can’t find our emails, add communications@uuclonline.org to your contact list. This should permit future emails through your email provider’s filter.
4. If you still are not receiving our emails, follow this guide to add our email marketing service to your email provider’s “safe list.”
