Not Receiving our Emails?
If you aren’t receiving expected emails from UUCL, such as our our weekly LoveLetter, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm you are subscribed. If you are on our list, a firewall or spam filter is likely the problem. Follow these steps to resolve this issue.
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- If you’re using Gmail, check to see if our emails are under the “Promotions” tab. If they are, add email@example.com to your Contacts list so our emails push to your “Primary” tab.
- If you still can’t find our emails, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list. This should permit future emails through your email provider’s filter.
- If you still are not receiving our emails, follow this guide to add our email marketing service to your email provider’s “safe list.”
