Public Witness Action for Racial Justice and Healing A public witness action for racial justice and healing will take place in front of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Lancaster (538 W. Chestnut Street) on Friday, September 25 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. The public is cordially invited to join in and stand with members from UUCL and other Lancaster faith communities. Social distancing will be maintained and mask wearing is required. Participants are encouraged to bring a sign expressing a call for racial justice, anti-racism, and equal justice for all. Given the recent tragic events in Lancaster, signs calling for increased investment in mental health resources would be timely and most welcome. Please note: there will be no Sign Up Genius link for this events. Please come as between the hours of 4:30-6:30 p.m. Even with social distancing, there’s a lot of space to spread out before the church. Hope to see you there!
