Auction Committee

The auction committee plans and holds a yearly auction, an essential fundraising event for the church. Beginning with the 2021 auction, the auction committee has worked with an online auction platform. This committee works hard for 6 months of the year, meeting monthly for several months and switching to weekly meetings the month before the auction opening. Our committee consists of a fun and hard-working group of volunteers with a variety of skills including both computer and creative abilities. Leslie Laird and Laurie Thompson are Auction Co-Chairs. Other members include Kim Chappell, Kyki Bobotas, Carol LeCato, Susan Lithgoe, Evanna Morris, Sharron Nelson, and Sindy Pollard. Anyone with an interest and/or expertise in fundraising is always invited to join. Currently, we are planning a spring hybrid auction for May 2022, which will hopefully include an in-person ending celebration.
